Affiliates with our association have a unique opportunity to showcase their business to hundreds of REALTORS in and around the Greenville and Kinston area. We have over 750 agents in 150 offices that are part of the Coastal Plains Association. Our association can offer many benefits to your business by connecting you with real estate professionals

  • Member Rosters: Affiliates can get access to full member rosters including emails, phone numbers, and addresses for agents and offices.
  • Membership Luncheons: The Coastal Plains Association has four membership luncheons each year. They are held the second Tuesday of March, June, October, and December.  Affiliates are invited to attend these luncheons at no charge, guests may come for $25.
  • Sponsorship of Classes: Our association holds several classes throughout the year which affiliates can sponsor. New member classes occur about quarterly and generally have about 20-30 people.  We have continuing education classes throughout the year with dozens of agents in attendance each time.  Affiliates who sponsor a class can speak to the group about their business and the services they offer.
  • Diversity: We currently have affiliates from many business backgrounds including insurance, banking, photography, home loans, and more.
  • Fees: Affiliates pay a yearly fee of $275. When you join, this fee will be prorated based on the month.
